Preemptive EEC-IV repair thread

Someone did a write-up, either here, or the other site, on a preemptive repair to prevent a burned trace in a mustang EEC-IV computer. I can't seem to find the right search terms to find it, even with google and "site:blah.com".

I believe it was a resistor he recommended replacing, but I'm thinking about replacing the electrolytic capacitors while I'm in there. I cannot find that post for the life of me. Any help?
