One of the biggest cars shows of the year down in Alabama was yesterday....missed last year because it rained...lol...well this year it was sunny...when I left the house!! By the time I got to the show (had to stop 2 times at a gas station to get out of the rain)....felt like this years LCS all over again! Called the wife and she indicated that it was still sunny at home! It must be me... Anyway...got to the FIELD and drove in. Over 1400 cars rolled over the same grass as I did....yup mud! What's done is done... Parked the mamba under a tent that somebody allowed me to use! very cool...spent a few hours cleaning the mud and yuck off the car figuring it would stop raining....nope! rained almost the entire day! HAD A GREAT TIME....had to move people out away from the car to even leave....the car had people around it all day...those webers sure draw a crowd! Long day...have to put the car on the lift and clean the yuck form underneath...I can't believe over 1400 cars came in the weather...I left before the awards...probably didn't win anything, but I didn't want to get stuck in the mud after all the heavy cars disturbed the ground....great day...wet...but just a great day...
