View Full Version : Mounting Alternator on New Ford Coyote 5.0

Has anyone found an option for mounting an alternator on the Ford Coyote engine in the 33? The bottom right corner of the engine where the alternator would normally mount is impacted by a crossmember on the frame, and the bottom left is where the AC mounts. Any ideas out there, or is it fabrication time?

Did you get a solution for mounting the Alt? I am looking at the 5.0 also.
Not sure if you found your answer through other posts / forums or by using the Factory Five kit that recently was made available.
Here's a thought and I believe cleaner look

Talk to FFR , They have done it a few times.
