I need some opinions. I'm doing my FIA-bodied MK 4 as a "restomod". It should look like it was hot-rodded back in the 70's. The body is going to be basic black (shiny this time). The engine bay will be one of these blues but I'm up in the air over which one. The blue color will be the whole engine except the pan and a few black wrinkle bits. I'm also doing the firewall and footboxes with the same blue.

Here's one that Eastwood calls "Old Ford Blue"

This one is "66-80 Ford Blue"

43977

And this one is not a Ford color but I really like it.

What do y'all think?

Since this is a Restomod I would say #3.

Paint it with what you like. It is your build enjoy. One thing I like about FFR cars is no 2 are alike. JMO.

I've always been partial to the darker Ford blue. I know you're not going for true period correctness but the FIA predates Ford's changeover to blue engines which occured in 1966. Early '60s Fords would have had black engines with the exception of valve covers and air filter housings which were either gold or red.
