All the wire looms wrapped in Yellow tape are Air Bag circuits Correct?

The one exception in my 2002 was teh hazard light switch had yellow tape around it, I believe.

I don't think it transposed to 2003, I did not have yellow tape on the hazards.

Second Question about these circuits, Can they all be removed without effecting the operation of the computer?

Airbag, yes. Roy what year is your harness? There's a really good write up on 06's and I have an okay one started on the 02's that I will someday make pretty.

Roy, take a look at Larry's guide to dieting the wire harness. I followed it and cut away at least 20 lbs of unneeded wire/connectors/wrapping:

It was also extremely helpful on figuring out where to start.

Thanks for the link. That is a lot of good info. Thanks Larry for the write-up.
This Subie wiring makes the mustang donors for the roadsters look like simple circuits.
Oh my donor is a 2007 WRX
I have it stripped out up to the dash. I started in the back and I am working forward.

Oh man, the "old" Subarus are so much easier. The wiring for my 2012 is a nightmare...

Thanks Larry for the write-up.

You're welcome. Someday I should finish it. Maybe if I have a bad weather day at the beach next week I'll work on it.
