I'm heading back to school and had to take an assessment test covering 7th grade math and English. Now, it's been about 46-years since my 7th grade class and a lot has changed in those intervening years. Got the results back and I'm registering during the first hour on the first day of registration so I guess I did fairly well. But, I still hate fractions!
Back in Jr. High, I wanted to be a veterinarian and planned my high school courses towards that goal. Then I hit a roadblock known as organic chemistry. Knocked me out like a Bruce Lee punch. Now, after a few years of retirement, I found a local JC with course for Veterinary Assistant and I start in the fall. Looks like I'm closing a circle and heading back close to my first career choice.
