I know some purists out there are probably going to cringe but what do the rest of you think about these wheels for the Roadster?

Vision Wheel 143 Series Torque Spoke Gunmetal Wheels 143-5865GMML0
They have the look of the Cobra wheel but not the price of them. Viable option? Correct backspace for a Fox rear end?
Thanks all for any help.

I think they look great. I'd buy them. Here are the specs for the 15s that FFR sells

Are the wheels available in any other sizes? 8 in is really narrow for the rear.

I think I would go this way for non-FFR style replica wheels.

These & Cragar SS were pretty popular back in the day. Had SS on my '67 StingRay

Summit has the wheels in up to a 9.5" width. Now I have to ask the wife if she likes those or the ones Bear showed better. After all, the roadster is being build for "her" fun car.
Thanks for the advice.

If they have the correct offset I would go 9.5 in rear. I ran 10s when I had 15 inch

Phoenix ... remember your building your car not someone else's car. Go for the look and price point you want.

I think you are right. They could be mistaken for the Halibrand especially if they had the spinners. Summit has those, too. Personally, I like the Cobra R wheels on the roadster.
Wheels are one of those really forgiving things. Don't like'em. Change'em!
WEK.

put on what you like, not what others recommend.

The 15s are only available in 7" and 8" widths with either 3.75" or 4.5" backspacing rather than the recommended 5". The 9.5" width is only available in 18" and 20" diameters. Too bad the sizing doesn't quite stack up because they're a nice looking wheel.

I was planning on 18" wheels, these might be a great option!

Add my vote to the "like" column, they look better than the torque thrust wheels (in my opinion). It is your build, so put on it what you want.
