Before you make the trip to the body shop, you may want to decide if you are happy with the clearance around the steering wheel and shoulder/elbow room. I am not a large person, but I felt cramped, especially with the Corbeau A4's. The seats are very comfortable and fit the car like a glove, but they do not allow you to lean toward the center when you need a little more space. I had a body shop re-contour the area around the steering wheel, remove 1.5" from the top inside of the door and blend the rear back into the body. A purist would hate the modification, but for pleasure cruising and occasional track duty, I couldn't be happier. To the untrained eye, the door looks like it came that way.43084430854308643087

Nice mod IMO.

I'm going to see how I fit in mine when I get it, I may do something similar if I have to.

I think that mod was done on one of the original cars for one specific driver, but can't remember who.

I did that to mine "Back in the day." IMHO a huge improvement for comfort. Here's a link: http://www.ffcars.com/forums/17-factory-five-roadsters/3497-driverside-door-mod-update-w-picts-9-4-a.html
