This week I tackled cleaning up all the edges on the body and applying a gallon of Truck Bed Liner to the underside. The body does look a lot better after the edges are filed and sanded to an even and straight finish. Also, a couple of weeks ago I filled in the the wheel well gaps with filler. I prefer this look over trimming the wheel well openings. I realize I could have a problem with tire clearance, but I'll address that when I install the body on the chassis. The Truck Bed Liner material dries with a hard semi black finish. It was a lot of work to do outside in the Texas heat, but I'm glad it's done. I have a few aluminum panels to install before I can install the body. I have had the Go Cart out a few times around the neighborhood. Everything checked out OK for now. No leaks, hydraulic clutch works great, TKO shifts smooth & engine runs great. I can't wait to get that body installed.

Looks great. I do the same on most of my builds.
