Maybe another day this is as far as I got today. Yes safety police that is a lowered roll bar. I like the look of the bar not being higher than the windshield. Boy that ride height needs some work... I left it a little too high during the body off setup. The W/S holes cut by FFR were off a lot.. Still lots to do.

I like the roll bar and the height will be fine for a street car (I initially ordered mine with a full width bar when FFR still offered them but backed up changed it to 2 hoops to save ~$400---regret the change at times.)
Looks like you have the hood fitting well. Any luck with the trunk lid?

Carry on!

Looking good! The roll bar looks good at that height.

My plan to make the trunk jealous by fitting the hood didn't work. It was not impressed. I did all the stuff you guys said and its about 80%. I'll leave it be a while and give it some more attention later. I noticed the short QJ spacers on the rear caused the body to take a set in that position after a few days. That will allow it to move more later without stressing it too much at one time.
The hood gap at the back closed up some when the W/S went on. Got to work on the splash panels next to get ready for the doors.

Thanks! I was hoping to get just that look with a 3" lower bar.
