Well - a quick post to congratulate myself. 2.5 years following placing initial order, 11 months since taking delivery of my kit, today my RHD 818S achieved full compliance, registration and certification in New Zealand.
I don't think it will ever be finished - but at least it is drivable....

We are well into winter here in New Zealand, however we had beautiful weather yesterday - so took the opportunity to drive 200kms return to Tauranga from my home in Hamilton. Nice to merely spend time behind the wheel of the 818....

Stopped for a rest - check for leaks, fortunate all good - here is a couple of pictures at the top of the Kaimai ranges.
