Background:
By trade, I'm an occupational therapist. I work with adults and children who have disabilities or suffered a stroke/brain injury/debilitating diagnosis etc. My job is to get adults as close to independence as possible through treatment, modifying their environment, modifying how they access their environment, or adaptive equipment. This can be applied to taking care of themselves, managing their life responsibilities, and yes even driving.
Last week I spent the week at a conference learning a specialty in driver rehabilitation. I'll be working with individuals who have had a stroke and can't move one side of their body effectively, evaluating patients who have been diagnosed with dementia for safety, and teaching teenagers with cerebral palsy how to drive with the functional abilities that they have. Of course there are many other diagnosis that I'll work with but those are a few to provide an example of what I will be doing.
Now, here's where the photoshop request comes from. I need my hospital to purchase a vehicle for my program to get up and running 100%. I've spoken to the CEO of our hospital about the program and he's interested. He asked that I put a proposal together with the required funds. Now anyone can put words on paper and include numbers that show it'll help the department. But I'd like to have the ideal vehicle I'd like for the program photoshopped with our hospital logo, etc. Putting that in with a proposal, I think, would put something memorable to the whole project and make it more difficult for the head honchos to turn down.
The vehicle I'd like for the program is a 2015 Buick Lacrosse. Buick strikes a cord with older patients. It has room in the right places for the previously mentioned adapted equipment and a good safety rating.
Here is a picture that I thought would fit my needs.

What I'm picturing:
-Main body color white as pictured.
-Blue wrap from the rear/bottom of the front wheel well, stretching back to the front of the rear wheel well and angling towards the rear taillight.
-Within the blue - Diagonally from low to high - "Inova" in large white letters with "The future of health" underneath in smaller white letters. Underline the smaller sentence with red line.
-On the hood - near the front edge - Navy Blue letters "Driver Rehabilitation" with this logo above (closer to windshield) those words http://www.inova.org/images/design012/home-logo.png
If you can make all that look professional and high quality I'm happy to paypal you $20.
