It's the brake vent of the front bumper. But...if we had more photos we'd be 100% certain what the rest of it looks like. :D

This open house is going to cost me a fortune,front bumper on its side hopefully it wont cost to much with addition of the hardtop to get.

It's hard to see how that top could be removable. (It's supposed to be, isn't it?)

Edit: never mind - I imagine it replaces the whole engine cover. Now I see.

It's the 1990-1997 Miata door handles I believe. I like the way they look on the Miatas and the 818. I really can't picture them any other color.
