Clutch problem - Coyote 6 speed

I am using a Coyote 5.0 with a MT-82, 6 speed transmission in my Hot Rod; it has a hydraulic clutch (stock Ford hydraulic throwout bearing)
I purchased an extra Wilwood master cyl from FFR to operate the clutch. After a lot of research & scratching my head, etc. I finally got the
clutch line bled & by the feel of it, I believe it is moving the throw out bearing back & forth, however it appears that it is not moving it enough
to allow me to put the transmission in gear while the engine is running. The master cyl size is .75 in.
I need to ask you guys if this is the correct size or do I need to change it out for a different one? or is there another problem?

I was able to adjust the length of travel by turning the master cyl rod back away from the pivot point, this gave me enough travel at the throw out bearing to allow it to go into gear with the engine running, so it's all good for now; but I will do some more research about cyl piston sizes, etc.

I used a 1.125 wilwood master for my coupe. I am surprised the .75 worked for you.

Yeah, 1-1/8" MC and 5/8" slave here. From Forte. He supplied the salve, I supplied the master.

Tom, does your coupe have a external slave or an internal hydraulic throw out bearing?

Dale, I'm not sure how to compare the slave travel with the throw out bearing, but it sounds like I need to get a larger size master.

Dang, there was a good discussion on the other forum within the last 2-3 months on just that subject: size of MC and slave and how raising/lowering the size of each affected travel. Maybe someone can find that thread?
