Can I use 10.5" halibrand with 95 mustang rear end?
The Roadster manual say they won't fit with the 95 rear end width, they suggest 9" wheels instead? Anyone else have this combo?

Not if you are using the Factory Five wheels. You need a more shallow offset. You can go another route and add fender flares.

Those don't look so great, I think I'll change my order and cancel the staggered wheels, maybe go with 18" FR500 or GT4 wheels

You can easily bring the '95 rear end to Fox width which will allow you to run the 10.5" FFR wheels by simply swapping axles and installing caliper relocation brackets from Richard Oben at North Racecars.

I won't let that hurt my feelings. :(
Like Jeff said, you can change the axles out for shorter ones and get new brake brackets from Richard at North Racecars or Mike Forte @ Forte's Parts Connection. Providing you will not be running ABS (Anti Lock Brakes)

Do the axle swap. Once on the road you want all the traction you can get and 9 inch wheels are way too narrow.

Sorry, didn't mean to put down your car, I have "foot in mouth" disease...Just ask my wife, she will confirm. WHat I meant to say is I like the lines of the MKIV kit as it is, and I don't want to modify the body in any way.

Before switching to 15" wheels, my car had 17"s with the 10.5" wheels on the rear. I used a '94 rear axle, but did the Fox width axle swap. Here's a photo when I first finished the car late last fall and before the ride height was set. In this picture, it's at 3" ride height all around and those wheels with 315s fit fine in the rear with absolutely no rubbing.
