Greetings all!

This is my first post in the forum. I've been a car nut since my parents first read me the book Cars and Trucks & Things That Go. Auto racing and performance were ingrained in me at a young age. I love cars so much that I eventually became an automotive technician, which led to fleet management, and now a completely different career. My passion for the automobile burns hot.

I used to own a 97 Dodge Viper GTS (completely customized daily driver) and have had an empty spot in my performance vehicle life since it was old in 2012 (find me in the Viper Club forum with the same screen name). Lately, I've been doing a lot of research on Factory Five vehicles and what they offer. I'm torn between the open air motoring of the MK4 and the sleek lines of the Type 65 Coupe.

I'm currently located in AZ but am relocating to CO. Are there any group meetings or car shows in the Denver area where I could take a look at your builds? I'm currently in the research phase and just want to see what others have done. If anyone is in the middle of a build, I'd like to check one out too, just so I have an idea of what I might be getting in to. The Factory Five build class on my list of things to do; I just need to get through the relocation first. I've poked around the forum for a few months now. There is lots of good information out there. You are certainly a dedicated bunch!

I look forward to hanging out (online or in person) and learning more about these vehicles. Thank you for your time and your knowledge!

Sincerely,

Sweet Ride
