I attended a semi annual car parts swap meet here in Washington today and met a gentleman that has had this in storage for 25 years. Believed he said it was on a 427 NAF car he sold back in late 80's and the new owner didn't want it. I thought it might look good as wall art in the shop so I offered a small amount and he accepted as he didn't want to haul it back home. I have search the internet and can't find any pictures of it. It's well built fiberglass and has perfect paint.
