Hi Guys,
I am Walter, living in The Netherlands, with a extensive car history. Did my first engine overhaul at 16, on my dads car, smae car got a respray when 17...
After seeing and hearing the FFR Daytona a dutch technical guy did with a TVR V8 engine in it (He specializes in Chip Tuning mainly Italian cars, did my 159 Alfa TI also) I was again triggered bij the Daytona.
Been racing Alfa`s since the 90`s I like the setup of these cars and may want to try it on track also.
So I am reading here to get better informed.
Main problem I encounter is registration in Holland. I would like to start with a kit, part of the fun, but it will get a new registration. In the USA you get a 1965 year of build on the registrations, how do you do that?
Best for me would be a chassis with allready a registration with it, or a complete car (last option, not only for the money involved).
regards, Walter
