Everybody keeps saying that. We all do it to one extent or another, and here is a different approach to the dash. I picked the combo gauge, a relatively recent arrival from Speedhut, to replace the multiplicity of other gauges because I found it easier to read at a glance than the individual ones. It also has the advantage of taking up less space. The paper sticky between the switches will be replaced by a black and white placard that is sized much better for the space. The only things of importance missing in this picture are the light switch and the ignition switch (you can see where they go), the electric parking brake switch and the battery cut-off (out of sight but close at hand), and the AC controls. The turn and high beam indicator lights are built into the speedometer. I stuck with the DPDT switch for the turn signals as a nostalgia item for me, relating to a 1950's English sports car. The dash wiring is "modular" to the extent that nearly everything is connected with Weather Pack connectors, making the whole thing relatively easy to remove and replace.
