Hello Everyone,

I am awaiting my Halibrand wheels from FFR. I have heard some horror stories on the wait time for these wheel. After some consideration I wanted to investigate the option of wire wheels if the FFR fall through. I really like the British roadster look. Does anyone have an idea where they may sell this type of wheel?

Thanks

Try this:

I'm using the black and chrome version (15 x 7 and 15 x 10) on my FIA. Pics not available yet.

I think one of our member here has a set he is looking to sell. His screen name is bwdziol (Dan Ziol) and you could try sending him a private message to see if he still has them and is looking to sell them.

Kevin, the 2 big USA manufacturers for wire wheels are Dayton and Truespoke, then there are the little companies like McLean.

Dayton (http://www.daytonwirewheel.com/)
Truespoke (http://www.truespoke.net/)

I would go with these 70 spoked wheels from Acton

Or go with Borrani, they made the wire wheels for the AC Bristol, Maserati, Ferrari and many others back in the '60s. Still in business...

This is the US distributor's site: http://www.borraniamericas.com/
