I'm getting ready to purchase the base kit with a coyote. With the 50/50 sale the delta from SS header and FFR header is $1000.00. Has anyone installed the FFR coyote headers and what were the fit issues?

Thanks Gary

I am going with the SS headers and not the ones from FFR. Look at BKing's build for some good info.

If your comparing the FFR #33920 ($599 )headers to the Stainless Headers ($1275), they aren't the same thing. The FFR headers require the use of the J pipe to connect to the side pipes; the Stainless Headers do not. I've seen a lot of threads relating to the Stainless Headers and don't think even one person was disappointed with the quality or fit. If you need to have cats to get your car registered you will need the FFR headers and the J pipes with cats.

I'm not trying to compare the two headers. If FFR headers have no install issues, In my mind its hard to justify the extra $1000. I don't believe cats are required in MD

I have a set of headers and J pipes available for the Coyote if needed.

I'm with Gary on this one. I do not believe I will need to worry about cats, either. I, too, have heard good things about the SS product, but wonder if the fit is significantly better. Anyone find any problems with the FFR setup?
