Broken trunk hinge on my MKIII Anybody in PHX area with a spare????

Hi guys,

I was putting the roadster back together and broke a trunk hinge. If anyone has one or a set, I will be happy to purchase them from you. If you have some and just haven't used them yet, I will replace them when I get back from HB.

There is no time for shipping. That's why I'm requesting local help.

WEK - if you still need a set call me at 7am this morning (4/24). I should be home by then and packing the DD for the drive to HB. My roadster is not done so you are welcome to borrow them or keep and replace. I live near Power and McDowell.

Sorry, can't help out with a replacement hinge but when you do get them be aware that there is a left and right. They're easy to mix up and when that happens it is not uncommon for them to break due to binding.

I can bring a set to HB to replace the one you borrow if you like. No charge, I've got a grip of them...da Bat
