Factory Five is closed today, Monday April 20 for the Massachusetts Holiday "Patriots Day". It celebrates the original start of the revolutionary war that began at Lexington and Concord. Remember the "Shot heard round the world"?… I have been to the re-enactment of the battle, where patriot farmers and townsmen gathered to face a British army in the early dawn on the village green. Their bravery would put into motion the events that would lead to the birth of our country! Their fight against tyranny and love of Freedom would become THE defining characteristic of America. So today, here in Massachusetts, we have a State Holiday in celebration of this day. This is also the day that the Boston Marathon is run.
