FFR 818 gets 110 mpg at the green grand prix

Congrats to the west philly sustainability workshop.
They ran the green Grand Prix today at Watkins glen
And averaged 110 mpg in their vw diesel 818

At first I thought the 110 mpg was a typo but then I saw the link Flynntuna posted. These guys are very skilled and they even built their own top for the 818!
Last weekend I had lunch with a grumpy old guy who said all the kids today will never do anything because they only know video games. I'm sending him this link.

This is great! They're bringing together the best of many areas of study. Such a terrific program. Well done.

Programs like this are inspiring me to get things rolling in the Chicago area. We need more mentoring and STEM-based educational opportunities here.
