Georgia Registration

Anybody in Georgia have any registration tips. We just sold a car that was titled in 2004 in NC to a guy in Georgia. He says the DMV is telling him it must inspected as if it were just built and will titled as a salvage car. Any experience or insight?

I talked with Paul yesterday and he's feeling a little better about the process. The inspection is handled through the Salvage Division, but the kit cars are titled as "Assembled Car". At least that's what the title for my Unique shows.
