What is the difference in track width between FOX, SN94 and FFR front spindles? I know someone out there (Richard Oben, Gordon, maybe Jesper or Jim) has done the math.

I'm not Jim, Richard or Jesper but can I still play? FFR, Fox and SN95 spindles from model years 1994 and 1995 all set the same front track assuming all else is equal and they are assembled as designed. SN95 spindles from model year 1996 and later set the track approximately 3/4" wider. Again with all else being equal the tire & wheel will be ~3/8" farther out.
'94/'95 have a dogleg in the steering arm (rear in the photo) while the steering arm on '96 and later is straight:
