Need Wiring Guidance, HELP, Phils. PA Area

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone to assist with sorting out the wiring on my MK III. I'm having trouble with the lights and turn signals working properly (at all) and don't know very much about wiring. Any recommendations for someone to come look at my wiring are much appreciated. I'm located in the Lansdale, PA area.

Michael, thanks for the offer. Unfortunately, you are a bit too far for me to get to you. I have great respect for those that understand the wiring of the car. Although I built the car mechanically, the wiring was by far the hardest part. Thanks again for the offer.
