Fuel pump bracket?

The FFR manual shows a bracket that you hose clamp the fuel pump to after first riveting it to the FFR provided main bracket:

That piece didn't come in my kit, nor is it on the packing list. Am I missing something?

I didnt get one either, I am in Canada and it was easier to just make one than wait to get one here.
