Fabricated and installed my exhaust today.

Bought a SS exhaust system with a nice head pipe on ebay for $95 with the nice bellmouth. Cut it up into three sections and added a Kooks SS 3"in and 3" out muffler ($105.00). Then ported it out the right rear side. Can't believe how quiet it is.397563975739758 Not only am I not worried abut track sound limits, I could drive this thing through a Maternity Ward!

Good job. Very surprised a glass-pack style muffler is that quiet but if it is that's great news since it is small and light.

Aren't you worried about a welded exhaust assembly with a glass pack that will get louder as the material exits as it blows out? (like all glass packs do in short order...)

I never keep my cars long enough for things to wear out. If I need, I'll just cut it and replace it.
