Engine Shuts Down

Running a 5.0 EFI (Levy stage 3). 7800 miles and no issues, other than being left stranded when a fuel pump relay died. However, on my last three trips out, after a couple of miles, the engine shuts down, but only when I stop at a light/stop sign. If I wait 2-5 minutes, it will crank back up and all appears fine. I've changed the fuel pump relay again so that's not the issue. Any ideas?

TFI and/or whatever that other part in the distributer is that has a rep for crapping out? Generally they exhibit similar symptoms to yours. Dies when it gets warm and then works again after a cool down.
