Any one here have any suggestions on the best way to seal around the headlight covers. I have to remove them each time I wash my coupe to remove water. I think sealing them would
give a much more finished look. What do you guys think?

I did not seal mine to make them water tight. I did use a black door edge trim around the covers just to give them a finished look. I also drilled a drain hole in the bucket, just below the headlight.

I went the extreme route. I made inserts for the headlamp recesses with a lip.

I plan to seam the plexiglass to the insert.

I have a nice Plexi fit and no black trim. I'm sure water would get in though. I also put a drain hole under the headlight so unlikely to accumulate anything. The drain hole actually empties behind the aluminum headlight bucket shields that I added...so very little dust enters the headlight area but water can still easily drain.
I haven't seen it but I wonder if a thin bead of clear silicone would work...may need to be replaced once in awhile but done properly it may be a good option.

Silly question, but can't you just tilt the nose up to let the water run out?

Another approach to sealing the headlight covers would be to attach plastic moulding in either black or chrome finish. The link will take you to a variety of products.

Thanks for the links, I think the chrome trim would work.

Based on the number of problems I have seen w/ moisture in current style headlight assemblies, I think figuring a drain system will be the better option. If Lexus can't get a $1500 headlight to keep the moisture out, what chance do we have?

Kind of like my post above. Again, just drill a hole under the headlight and the water will drain out.
