HELP! I have a tremac 3550 transmission . When i tilt it with the tailshaft down oil freeley runs out. I was told that there is no oil seal to stop this. Some one please out their help!:confused
Drive line in or out, with out there is nothing to stop the fluid from running out.

Fill it once it's in the car - it will pour out, otherwise, when you tilt the drivetrain for installation. The slip-yoke seals it once everything is in the car.

X3. You need the slip yoke in place. Normally don't want to add fluid until it's installed (e.g. horizontal) and driveshaft installed.
