We’re getting pretty good at this as south eastern New England got HAMMERED again by a winter storm. This past weekend’s storm brought 12″-18″ of blowing/drifting snow pushing us up on the all-time list. The good news is that thanks to the hardwork of Chris Ronni and Nate Johnson’s Dad, Factory Five hasn’t missed a beat. We are at full strength with a clear parking lot surrounded by mountains of snow. Here are some photos of work as usual in the face of an epic winter.

Snowfall Records in New England, Source: The Weather Channel

1. 1995-1996: 107.6 inches
2. 1993-1994: 96.3 inches
3. 2014-2015: 95.7 inches
4. 1947-1948: 89.2 inches
5. 2004-2005: 86.6 inches

We are forecast to have a few more inches of snow tomorrow which will move this year up to the number 2 spot!

We are trying to make it to the March Texas Cobra Club event. The truck would be happier in Texas.

We bought a snowplow for our F-350 truck some years ago, but without the front end loader, we’d still be digging out the back parking lot.

Proud that everybody has been able to make it through the snow to work.

We are running out of places to put snow.

NO HOODY?

Video of Dave driving a Roadster from home like that or it didn't happen.

Otherwise, a great view on the hard work and dedication. You are not alone, plenty of snow to go around. Just a few more weeks and warmer weather will come.

Let's start a pool on when the last square inch of snow melts in the back lot snow farm. Winner gets Dave's t-shirt straight off his back.

Put me down for May 11.

Hey, That's one of my favorite T's!!!

That's a cool idea because I'm thinking its gonna take a long time to melt Mt. Wareham... I swear I almost took my coupe out just to say I did. Then I remembered what my friend Fara told me about his Coupe after running the salt flats and I decided to keep old number 5 in the warm and dry... We are ALL going to go nuts! Building had a gas smell from a valve that was blocked by snow. All set now but I'm begining to look for signs that the apocalypse has arrived! I think this is a message from the Hot Rod Gds that we should be working on our pre-runner tuck idea... Transport across the nation is having trouble, ports out west are hemmed up (not weather but labor disputes) and that log jam is going to make trucking even more difficult. Argh! Back to work.

IF I remember the layout the building faces west so I suggest the last 1' square of paving in the NE corner of the parking lot be watched for the date it re-appears sans snow.

As for the shirt it's not a V neck so there are a few guys here that couldn't get it over their head< No names just saying some of us have an ego :o

I claim April fools day for the win.

I'll claim 12th of April. Hopefully you can send some cold weather my way. It's been low 30deg C this week and getting over 37deg C next week.

Hey, you guys only need another 12 inches to get the record, I say go for it!
But you need to keep an eye on the icy roads & drive careful.

My snow melt date is April 3rd.
