Hello FFR Tech,
I have one of the new wooden steering wheels and there are several areas where the clear coating is blistered. Is this common? Can you tell me what finish was used so I can touch it up. The wheel was new, never mounted but I bought it from another form member who just received if a few weeks ago when he took delivery of his Roaster so I have no right to try to return it.
Thanks for your assistance,
Wayne

Wayne,

The steering wheel is made for FFR but it is not made "in house". I am not sure what clear coat is used on it. If it is blistered you can e-mail pictures to tech@factoryfive.com and we can get in touch with the manufacturer on a solution to the problem.

I tried to take a few pictures but the camera (old digital) just can't capture the bad spots. I'll try to get a better camera and send the pictures to you ASAP.
