I am utilizing Maximum Motorsports lower control arms in the front of my car. They do not have a provision to hook up the lower shock I am going to have to fabricate one. I was hoping that somebody could help me out with some measurements like how far the shock mount is away from the ball join or away from where the lower control arm mounts to the frame. Also I would like to know is the lower shock mount is it even with the control arms or is it off set. Or it would be great if somebody had a technical drawing of the lower control arm that factory five sells.

I have the lower coil over mount 8.875 from the frame pivot bolts. The mount bolt is below the LCA tubes just barely enough that you can get a thin wall socket on the bolt head or nut under the tubes. Now for a word of caution. The concensus on a discussion of using some of the mustang arms like you have several years ago was don't. The thinking is that the tubing used is sized to take the compression/extension loads on a Mustang. But it probably isn't sized to take the bending loads that a coil over puts into it.
