Is the extra cost for the Wilwood unit really worth the performance gain. I'm running a t56 behind a Winsor and would like to have a hydro. clutch set up.

I'm extremely happy with my Wilwoods. They are adjustable and a perfect for a hydraulic clutch.

I've used both. If you're going hydraulic clutch, Wilwood box is the way to do it. Adjustable balance on the brakes is an added plus. No brainer IMO.

Ok thanks for the input I think I will go with the Wildwood set up were is a good place to buy it? Just buy it from Factory Five??
You can get the pedal box from FFR which can include two hydraulic masters for the brakes. The extra set up for the clutch can be found at Forte's Parts Connection, a community sponsor.

I started with the donor pedal box. I tried to make it work like I wanted but never felt good with it. The feel of the pedals was the main thing. That is subjective but still something that made me change. I actually had the complete box installed and working. Also, had to do a couple of mods to get the Wilwood to work perfectly but by this time, I expect to do that for practically everything. Now I have the option of switching to hydraulic clutch if I choose later. I went with the Forte MKIV version. It works well (required some foot box aluminum mods). If I had to do it again, I would start with the Wilwood. It's hard to beat their design and features.
WEK.
