Wisconsin Registration

Hi guys, I am building a 818S in Wisconsin and starting to get into it pretty deep, now is the point in the build I need to determine the "Required Equipment" necessary for registration.
We are so few with the new model there is only three here in Wisconsin that I know of two of us are still building.
Has Any body with a GTM gone through the Wisconsin registration process? I am looking for a quick check list.
The Wis DOT website explains it all so clear... Any help here would be beneficial to us all! Thank Don
