Fuel level sensor wiring

Using stock 1993 Mustang tank and Ron Francis wiring. Can someone post a diagram of the wiring location of the fuel level sensor? I'm getting no gauge reading, so I want to trace that wire.

The only wire I see on the tank is going to the fuel pump. Is this wire/cable one and the same for the fuel level sensor?

There should be a separate wire going to the fuel level sending unit.

The sender receives an oval shaped gray plug with a black wire and a green wire. This is on the same pigtail in the rear harness as the similarly shaped orange plug that attaches to the fuel pump. The fuel pump is on the high part of the tank and the level sender is in the center of the low portion.
