Time to replace my 10 year old lower and upper radiator hoses. What do I need to get from the parts store? My build manual is long gone.

It's a personal thing as far as looks go, some love it some hate it, but the corrugated stainless hose could be used for both upper and lower hoses. You won't need to use the old F panel tube the MKI came with, simply run a single length of it from your T filler, (or T stat housing)..

FFR sells a complete kit with the needed connectors I believe.

Breeze sells a nice corrugated lower hose that fits perfectly - spend the extra $20 and buy the mounting bracket also so the hose isn't flopping around randomly and rubbing on the frame.

Upper hose I believe is a 93 5.0?

Alex... where is this bracket of which you speak? I looked all over Breeze's site and probably over looked it.

Several including myself, have simply made a bracket. I used a large wire harness connector, as seen in this picture. I attached it to the X member, but I know that the configuration of that member is slightly different on the MKI. I believe some have run the hose through the X member and above the 4" cross tubing. You can also see where I added a small rubber protector, (closer to the rad) to protect the hose at a point it may tough the frame.

Hey Bill... I did the same but just ran some radiator hose mounts for Alex's RCR project. I was thinking about making something similar for me. But.... that part from Breeze would work like a champ. I'll order one up here in a few. Thanks Alex!

I used the Autozone XL-1023 hose. 11,000 miles later, it's still doing great. I remember it was a bear getting over the water pump inlet, but it fits fine.

Here also on the Autozone XL-1023 , can't beat it for under $13, single piece hose, you just have to we expand the end that goes on the water pump. I used a head gun and made out fine.

You could also have a pipe fabricated at a muffler shop for the lowest point. This give extra protection for anything jumping up from the road.
