I'm used to working on VWs. They use a system called ETKA for their OEM parts lookup catalog (illustrations with part numbers). It's very complete and you can generally find everything easily.
In trying to use parts.subaru.com to look things up, there are a ton of items simply missing from the catalog. For example, I need the crush washers for the brake line banjo bolts that go into the calipers. The brake lines aren't shown in any illustration. There is a section for brake piping but it has no picture so you just have to guess that you got it right.
Another example: The bolt that pinches the front spindles to the lower balljoint. It's a non-standard bolt because it is a shoulder bolt and has a very small hex head on it (I think standard for the size would be 17mm socket but this is 14mm socket). It's not shown in any illustration.
When I call the dealer, they can't find it either. I don't need help finding the above two items; I'm more posting this to see if I'm just doing something generally wrong, or if other people have noticed that the Subaru Catalog is quite incomplete.
