No flashing

I am getting old trying to get the harness to work correctly.
I have headlights (High and low beam), taillights, brake lights, back up lights and parking lights.
The issue is that when I turn on the hazard lights, it looks like the parking lights come on and I can't get the directional lights to come on at all.
I have the LED relay in place and grounded.
I am now at a loss. There must be something not connected but I can't find it.
Thoughts? Help?

Are you sure you are hitting the emergency flasher switch and not the parking light switch? The emergency flasher switch is in the Subaru center dash between the center vents. The parking light switch is on top of the steering column and because many other cars have the emergency flasher switch located there, a lot of people mistake the parking light switch for the emergency flasher switch.

Don't feel bad... I only know about this because more than two people posted a similar question over the course of the last year, "What does the switch on top of the steering column actually DO?!?" Then when I got my donor, I wondered the same thing.
