Undercoating/bed liner on under side of hood?

Anyone ever done this? Had any issues? I have an extra bottle of a 2k urethane spray in bed liner that I was thinking about using under the hood. It is supposed to be good for 185F but I am not sure how hot it would get under there? Any thoughts?

I wouldn't.

Not going to get to rock chips there, will be visible.

Your car, your choice though.

I don't think that 185F is high enough, especially for a heat soak after the engine is shut down.
