I'm HOPING to have it up around 8am PST. Supposedly I can broadcast directly from my phone too so the plan is to walk the parking lot several times and do interviews and such as well.
What time is that for you?

It looks like they are about 12-hours ahead of us. Currently 0250, Thursday the 19th.

So, during the "broadcasts" I had ~15 - 17 people watching at any one time. If you saw it, what was your impression?
I'd definitely say this was just a first step. Next year I want to plan it better. Get a decent camera and make sure I have enough bandwidth to get a decent stream.
Even though it was pixelated and jerky, the sound came through pretty good and I think the idea going forward has merit. The trick will be doing competently it on a shoestring budget!
I saw another guy with a pro rig doing interviews. Anybody know who that was, and if we can see some of that footage?
