door window frame question.

The frame for the Lexan door windows. Do you trim the top edge of the door to make it just fit so it lays against the door opening where the weather strip will go? I looks at some pics but it is difficult for me to tell. Thanks for any help. TW

I had to trim the top of my doors.

The top lip of the door needs to be trimmed back to where the frame mounts flush against it. Make sure you measure twice or three time before cutting or make several passes to dial it in. It's a lot easier to take more off than glass 1/2" back on one of the doors (ask me how I know). Maybe these pics will help
