I've been doing product testing on the down low so far. You might have noticed that various parts I make show up in other builders cars before I have them for sale. After I get everything worked out on my car I seek one or two others to do test fitting. It's always good to have a sample size >1 and test fit different base setups.

This time I'm looking specifically for someone wanting an AWIC setup that is using a pull style clutch and doesn't want to clock their turbo. I have another individual that is going to test the push clutch clocked turbo version for me (this is also what I have on my car, though I tested both versions).

What you get:
An AWIC setup at a highly discounted cost compared to the final cost the kit will be sold for. Zero Decibel Parts you get include:

Passenger side heat exchanger mount
Driver side heat exchanger mount
Rear AWIC core mount
Front AWIC core mount

What it cost you:

Material costs (I'll tell you exactly what I need, and where to get it, you purchase it and have it shipped to me)
Parts I don't manufacture are offered at a discount using my dealer discount(ie: silicone couplers, heat exchanger, AWIC core, aluminum piping, bosch pump)
Shipping Charges

What I need you to do:

Test fit the parts in a timely manner. I don't expect them installed next day, but don't want to wait if you're two months away from installing your motor.
Inform me of any issues you had. If they are major I will modify the CAD models and send you new parts.
Take pictures of the final working install and post to your build thread

Interested? Let me know! :)

Hi Craig,
I'm interested, but I have a push clutch. No clock on the turbo.
Reading the issues that have come up so far, sounds like AWIC is the way to go.
let me know if you are interested.

Craig is some data on your setups performance available. In theory it should all work, but as we are all noticing the 818 is a little motor eater and awic efficency is very important.

I'm using the same cores as other vendors are. I just went a different route in where it mounts and bracket design. My main design is the clocked turbo version and that's where I put most of my initial efforts but for those not wanting to clock the turbo I'd like to offer something else.

Would love to take you up on it but I'm way too far out. I also plan on following your excellent example and clocking the turbo, if possible.

I've got a few potential people. Thanks! I'll send out a pm later when I'm not on my phone.

Craig, I'm 3-4 hours away from Indy in West Michigan if you want to come up and test fit things on my car. I will probably go AWIC, but I don't think I need a kit to accomplish it.
