I have a thought for a new t-shirt. Similar to the vintage t-shirt with the Factory Five logo on the front, but on the back have an exploded drawing of the car with the phrase "some assembly required." You could have a shirt for each car.
I imagine you probably have a good bit of each car modeled in a CAD program already. Making an exploded view should be pretty simple. Plus I bet the design would appeal to the technical dorkiness (err uh, I mean attention to detail) that many of us have. I'd certainly buy one.
