eBrake Cables with Fortes 5-lug conversion

Guys, I'm running 4-link rear from a 93 Fox body. I've swapped out the 4-lug with 5-lug disk from Forte's. I've also bought some aftermarket eBrake cables hoping they'd fit but they do not.

For those of you who went with Forte's 5-lug conversion : what ebrake cables did you use? Looking for a product/model & vendor. Ignore the fact in this photo that the cable is entering from the wrong direction.

I have Forte's 11.65" rear brakes. I bought 1994 mustang cables from Napa, a left and a right (one is slightly longer I think). The end of the cable with the smooth fitting goes into the caliper, and the end with the barbs/tangs on it goes into the frame. Kinda looks like the end fitting in your picture is the barbed end (maybe both ends of the cable you bought have barbs?).
