Yesterday Ben and his Dad came up to visit my shop and look at the K818S and type 65 coupe I am currently building. He is set to go pick up his 818 Thanksgiving week this year. He was wanting to see a car in the flesh VS pictures. Both he and his Dad are great guys and a super addition to the FFR family. His donor is a 2006 WRX. Although the K818S is on the back burner till parts show up I put a Kirkey seat in it for him to sit in it. The smile on Ben's face was a sight to see. He fit in the car with the FFR tank perfectly. I was able to point out some tips and show some mods to them as well. I told them VCP was a great resource to use as it was for me. We spent 3 hours looking and asking questions. I gave them some FFR DVD's and literature to take home with them. It is so great to see father and son get together on a project. I wish them the best and told them never forget the great resource of the forum for help. I screwed up and forgot to take photos of their visit. But I felt I had to share with the forum members.
