Just something to add to owning a FFR car. I get people taking videos with their phone. I had one person taking a video coming at me, watching the phone, almost head- on'd me. Keep your eyes open.

I agree with you! It's a zoo out there. It's also distracting for you as a driver if someone does something unexpected like flying by you with the passenger hanging out the window yelling at you. I try to keep my distances like in driving school. You know, keep a cushion of space front, back, and sides as often as possible and have an escape route in mind. It becomes a game of what if this happens or what if that..........

It's fun to have the interaction but better at the service station than on the road. WEK.

They like to hang off of your rear corners too so watch those mirrors! Took a friend for a ride a couple of years ago and after a few honks, thumbs up and cameras hanging out of cars at stoplights he asked "Is it always like this?" I had to say that it's kind of like being in a parade and frankly gets sort of old.

Getting old for sure. I frequently have cars and trucks and big rigs rush up behind me in traffic or on the highway and sit on my bumper. I even had a large truck come up beside me at more then 80 on the highway to give the thumbs up and ask (mouth) is it real? - Very dangerous! I see them taking photos or filming with their cell phones - and I have seen flashes from oncoming cars taking pictures. Can't say that I like - makes me think twice about the route I drive. I drive like I am riding my motorcycle - with extra care and watching for the unexpected.
