Any one looking for a 390FE big block donor engine in Canada?

A buddy of mine has a 390FE in a Ford F250 p/u truck, that he wants to sell complete. I believe it is a 73 Camper Special. It even includes a camperette. Pull the motor, and sell the truck and camper, or perhaps part it out. Truck is old, but still lots of good parts perhaps for a guy doing a truck restoration.

I heard the engine running yesterday and it actually sounds pretty good! Not sure of the exact miles on it, but it has at least 100,000. Odo reads 21,000. It currently has a 2Bbl carb, and the C6 tranny, (c/w cooler). Head gaskets done not so long ago, and carb overhauled.
This would be a heck of a donor engine, and the added benefit is you can drive it home, (and camp along the way):).

$1500 drives it away.

So I am not an admin but I know the answer. This area is for builders to sell parts they have that are extra or from a donor. This does not allow vendors to sell items directly. If you are trying to sell door panels off your own car, or a set that you bought and decided you are not going to use then you can sell them. But, if you are trying to sell door panels that you are making and want to sell a bunch of them then you are a vendor.

They have a vendor program that allows a vendor to be part of the vendor program and sell all you want. But there is a vendor fee that helps pay for the sites operation. So pay the vendor fee, get your vendor badge on your account and then you can sell all you want.

Hi all. Sadly, I’ve accepted that getting my Ontario build into Italy, although possible, is well beyond my financial means, and still carrying a low success rate of ever being street-legal. As such, I’m selling my 818C.

I was able to complete about 75% of the build myself, however due to an extended period away I send to a certified builder to complete the build for export. Unfortunately, my export window was missed, and the work from the builder was substandard so I can no longer bring my car to Italy (without substantial import duties and red tape).

Although I used an Ontario donor, I ended up using new parts wherever possible, including almost all fasteners.

Also for sale is my full set of tools, including everything from hand tools to engine hoist, to an 80L compressor.

Like so many who have to sell their projects, this is breaking my heart. When putting this build together, I didn’t cut corners and this was going to be my “forever” hobby.
